Dr. Orkun Hasekioglu has BS, MS (Caltech), PhD (RPI) degrees in Electronics, Computer and Systems Following engaging in academia at Caltech and RPI, Dr. Hasekioglu, worked at the General Electric R&D Center, Schenectady, NY, as a research engineer, Moren Communications as Chief Technology Officer, CHEMI Inc. as Vice President responsible from product development, and AIT Inc., as President and founding partner.
Akin Aydemir, BSc, MBA
Mechanical engineer with expertise in Japanese industrial management, with a specialty in Lean Manufacturing and Management techniques. Trained at Toyota Headquarters for 18 months. 10 years of experience in operations management consulting and 20 years experience in operations in multi-site and multi-national companies. Knowledge and international experience with manufacturing plant start-ups and installations. Launched 8 automotive models across 3 companies. Lived in Turkey, Germany, Austria, Japan, Spain, Switzerland, Canada and the United States. Worked additionally in the United Kingdom, Mexico, Italy, France, Hungary, India, China, Indonesia, and Russia. Travelled to almost every country on the globe.

With an impressive 11-year tenure on Wall Street as a successful investment banker, Mr Isikli has a profound understanding of financial markets, strategic investments, and corporate finance.
Transitioning from the high-paced world of investment banking, Hilmi Isikli took on the role of running and representing Turkish Airlines' GSA (General Sales Agent) operations in Canada for a decade. Under my leadership, the Canadian operations, encompassing both passenger and cargo services, thrived and became one of the most successful within the Turkish Airlines group.
Mr Isikli's proven track record of operational excellence, strategic vision, and leadership makes him an invaluable asset to any organization.

Held positions as a software engineer at Cascade Technologies and AllianceTech. Provided consultancy to Turkish Airlines and Pakistan Airlines. Also experienced in logistics with Mega Shipping and MTS Logistics.Master's degree from New York Institute of Technology and bachelor's degree from Istanbul Technical University.
